Say Hey Social was founded in January 2021 by Nicole Raye (Gittleman) Czarnecki, a social media and influencer marketing strategist with a decade of experience fatigued of agency bureaucracy withholding clients from their full creative potential. Her mission then was, and still is, to support brands ready to seriously scale and thoughtfully invest in affordable yet strategic social media, influencer marketing and content creation services.

Say Hey Social's philosophy is that the traditional concept of "word of mouth" marketing has transcended into modern marketing and the digital world, and they strive to provide scroll-stopping social marketing that drives conversation and community digitally.

  • While both a collective and an agency offer marketing services, the key difference is in their structure and approach. An agency is typically a larger, hierarchical organization with defined full-time roles and responsibilities. A collective, on the other hand, is a consultant-led way to build a fractional marketing team.
